The Breville Rice, Risotto and Pasta Cooker delivers all the benefits of a steam cooker while adding two other cooking functions to allow you to make delicious fluffy rice, risotto and pasta. The VTP113 has a 1.8L capacity and a stainless steel finish, with a removable non-stick bowl.
Rice Cooker
Cooking rice is easy with the Rice, Risotto and Pasta Cooker. Simply set the cooker to rice mode and your rice will start cooking to provide the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
Risotto Cooker
If you fancy a break from plain rice, use the risotto setting and add some meat or seafood to whip up something tasty. To make risotto in the Rice, Risotto and Pasta cooker you simply select the sauté function to brown your ingredients and then select the Risotto setting for automatic cooking.
Pasta Cooker
To add some Italian invention to your cooking, use the VTP113 to prepare your pasta.
Steamer
You can also use the Rice, Risotto & Pasta Cooker to steam your vegetables and fish. Included with the VTP113 is a steamer tray which simply needs to be added before use to give you a delicious, crunchy and healthy dish.
Keep Warm
Whether you are cooking rice, risotto, pasta or steaming vegetables, the VTP113’s Keep Warm function will keep your cooker on the warm setting for a further 30 minutes after the food has completed cooking.
