Irons with filling docks Not Auto Filling?

Check that the iron is connected to the dock correctly, if it is not connected correctly it will not auto fill.

Not generating steam?

If product is several months old and cartridge has not been replaced, anti calc cartridge may need replacing, If cartridge needs replacing iron will not steam or may produce little steam. If cartridge has been replaced , possible air lock. Set iron on max temp and max steam , have generator on a high surface ( eg worktop) holding the iron lower than the generator ( eg near floor) and continue to press the steam button to see if steam will be forced through.

Burning/ sticking to clothes?

Check iron set at correct temp.
