Disappointing but did have some positives
Firstly I would like to say the safety with the iron is great.you slide the iron in to the base and there is a small lever to pull across that locks the iron in.And you can carry the whole appliance and It’s easy to carry.I was a bit disappointed in the Iron itself I found myself constantly trying to get the temp right even with cotton shirts I had to gage the temp under as it felt like the iron was sticking to clothing it didn’t glide over clothes .The iron is lightweight and attractive to look at.Great steam generator it set my fire alarm off when I first used it lol.Overall it’s an ok iron

So powerful
I absolutely love this iron! It looks really sleek and stylish and it’s really easy to set up and use. The water tank is big enough to get through all of my laundry without re filling and the steam makes ironing a breeze and cuts my ironing time down by half. I also love that it shuts off automatically after 5 minutes when it’s not in use, which is perfect for me as I tend to forget. Overall it’s a really good steam iron that gets creases out with ease and the iron itself is really lightweight and comfortable to use. I would highly recommend.

Powerful steam iron with very fast results
I was thrilled to test this amazing steam iron.The performance of this iron is outstanding, getting piles of laundry done very fast.I love the auto switch off feature,when knocked over or not in use.The extra powerful steam goes through the most stubborn creases and the vertical steam function allows me to easily iron curtains or garments.It also has a self cleaning function and a temperature ready indicator.
Overall, it is a great product

Bulky!!
I was excited to try this iron/steamer the first thing I noticed was how big it is! Not sure where I’m actually going to put it! It was easy to set up but took a bit of practise to get the settings right, the first few tops I tried it on got stuck to it :( but I think I’ve got the hang of it now, overall I’m happy with the iron and the steam is amazing for getting creases out, I’m not sure it’s worth the money and is very bulky

Lightweight, easy to use and most importantly: no more creases!
I was pleasantly surprised with how aesthetically pleasing the iron is and it’s much more lightweight than our previous iron. It was so easy to fill up the water tank being able to take it out is much better than having to find a jug and pour it in. It also makes it so much easier to empty. I set up the iron, heated it up and followed the instructions for first use. When I started using it I was surprised and very very happy to see how good it was at removing creases. Usually I need a lot of steam with my previous iron but this heats up well and gets the creases out easily! In fact, I found I need to keep it on a lower setting than I thought for some items but I’m happy with that because it works so much more efficiently than any iron I’ve used before. I am really happy with this iron and have recommended it to a lot of family members who have asked about it.

Great steam function, solid iron, little bit plast
I've been using the Breville Steam Iron for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been pretty good. The steam function is amazing—it’s super powerful and lasts way longer than my handheld steamer. I used to have to refill my steamer constantly, but with this, I can get through a big pile of clothes in one go, which is such a relief.
I also really like the cord storage. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a big difference when I’m putting it away. No more wrestling with a tangled cord!
As for the ironing itself, it works well, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything mind-blowing. It gets the wrinkles out like any decent iron would. One thing I noticed is that it looks really nice—sleek and modern—but it feels a bit plasticky when you’re holding it, which is kind of a letdown.
All in all, it’s a solid iron. If you care about all good steam function and some handy features like cord storage, this one’s worth it. Just don’t expect it to feel super fancy.

Does its job perfectly
A great model, just what our family needed🙂 The ironing routine has become much easier and the large 1.5 litre tank makes it possible to cope with large loads of laundry. The 6.5 bar pressure and 160 g/min continuous steam power eradicate wrinkles, while the 490 g/min steam boost function tackles the toughest wrinkles 😍
Sounds attractive, right? But that's not all. The self cleaning mode is a positive, previously I have struggled with other brands cleaning the iron. There is also a safety feature, if you forget to switch it off, it automatically switches off after 5 minutes if you don't use it 🙂
As for the design, it's really beautiful and will blend into any interior. Durable material. Quite compact, with a comfortable handle. Cord length is sufficient.
The set includes easy-to-understand instructions on how to use it. If you have an ironing routine and want to make it easier and faster, I recommend Breville DiamondXpress 2400W Steam Generator 👍🤩

Has max line for your water level Auto Shut off. Calc clean container for safer descaling plus calc clean indicator the light turns to red from white when it's time to descale which is really clever & useful!. It also has a carry lock & cord holder for easy storage which is great !
So easy to use choose your setting on the dial for the right garment your steaming use the trigger button on the iron press to generation steam for great ironing power ! Honestly this is such a wonderful steam generator for perfectly smooth ironed out creases on your garments in literally seconds !
