Too Small for Standard Bread Slices
Seriously, what is the point of Breville selling a product like this? Do they expect happy customers? Absolute rubbish. If you're going to use this, seek out extra-small bread slices, because a standard slice is way too big to fit in this pathetic contraption. Waste of money.

Good atfirst
I bought this as my granddaughter loves cheese toasties and it is the secon one same model I have purchased. The first one went in the bin when a lug on the clasp broke meaning the lid didn’t close tight enough when the sandwich is cooking. The second one has just done the same after nine months and once a week use.

Just awful
This toastie maker is a health hazard. Easy clean plates? Nope. I took mine apart to clean it properly and the whole inside including the wiring was converted in cheese. It was either going to go on fire or I was going to end up with food poisoning. Put it straight in the bin

Broken Clasp
a lug on the clasp broke meaning the lid didn’t close tight enough when the sandwich is cooking. how can I get a new clasp?
