Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fixed it and cant understand why Breville aren't Purchased this in December 2021 and it worked well until the middle of February 2022. then it only dispensed 200ml on the max setting I attempted to have a look on the inside by emptying it, but as I tipped it, boiling water came out of the spout causing a 3rd degree burn to the back of my left hand! Anyway, I turned the back of the unit to face me, opened the filler door and I noticed that the left hand tube was sticking out of the base of the unit, A DESIGN FAULT? I used a pair of silicone tongs and pushed the tube back into the hole up to the lip. Refilled the dispenser gave it a test and now it dispenses 400ml on max and 200ml on minimum, but unsure how long this will last, so have ordered another dispenser as a spare. BREVILLE YOU OWE ME.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Phurchase Made I bought this irem and it was the best phurchase made. It much better then the previous water dispensor I had bought from maker. This new one cup is quiet and smooth and quick the best feature is you can adjust the cup size you need and it will poor the exact amount you need which is brilliant. There is no mess no splash and very little steam for the price of this item which was £30 cheaper then the cooks one this is a must to have in your kitchen. Im truely impressed with this machine I wish i had of ordered this item to begin with.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Brilliant at first - but then water amount reduced Using this VKT111 in my garden office, it was perfect for the first month, but then, like other reviewers, it suddenly decided to reduce the amount of water it wanted to produce to about 1/2 of what it was, so I now have to press twice to fill my mug. The variable size selector still works, but now only from tiny to little, instead of from little to large (output-wise). There is obviously a design flaw with this model. Would recommend if this issue was resolved.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed We bought the kettle, as we needed to replace our old Hotcup that we'd had for six years (different style). While we really liked the overall design of the product, we are disappointed that we've only had it a week, and it now only dispenses 200ml of water, no matter what the cup setting. so it's going back

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money - get a VKJ784 instead Same as a lot of other people, it worked for a few months then suddenly just dispensed a small amount of water. Very disappointed as it is a very nice design. We had only replaced our old one, a VKJ784, which we've had for about 5 years and it still works perfectly, because the paint on the top by the buttons was a little scratched and it started to look tatty. We have just been and got another VKJ784 to replace it - it doesn't look anywhere near as nice, but at least we know they are reliable!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Far from perfect I have had my One Cup for 3 months.Worked perfectly for about two then started dispensing only half a cup of water Descaled it twice once with white wine vinegar and once with proprietary brand descaler.Hardly any scale and no difference to amount of water dispensed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seems to have a design fault Worked well for 2 weeks, then started dispensing approx 180ml water at the highest setting. Sending back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I read the reviews on this product and thought it would be perfect for my needs, I was however extremely disappointed. The water is not boiling and the small amount of cold water left in the system cools it further, this falls into the cup first wetting the teabag, not good as it changes the whole taste of the tea. You need boiling hot water for a good cuppa, this was definitely not boiling as I was able to stick my finger in it without any burn to myself. It was no better for making coffee. The product may suit someone who only drinks their coffee and tea black.
