Horrible kettle stay away from....I hate this kettle....
I brought this kettle hoping it would make my day easier as I’m a disabled man and only have the use of one arm. This kettle has a mind of its own, at times you have to push the switch multiple times just to get it started then it either turns it self off mid boil or once its boiled it’ll stay on and boil again and if you not next to it you’ll get two cups of water in one cup!! I thought it was just mine but a friend has a newer version of this kettle and has the same problem... Don’t buy one as I never will ever again. I’ll upload a video once YouTube lets me.

Fantastic!!Being a family of 4 adults always on the go we were not too sure how this would stand up to the demand of making tea in our house, especially if we all wanted a cup of tea together. From the first time we all started using it we have been delighted with it and would buy one again (our son has on a couple of occasions forgot to put the mug underneath, but luckily the drip tray underneath is big enough to catch the water). It makes a lovely cup of tea and we use it for making gravy and topping up hot water for anything. The size of the mugs we have are fine. All in all a great item, I don't think we would ever go back to using a kettle again.

Excellent purchaseI could not make up my mind about this product at first particularly because i have read a lot of the reviews and some of the customers complained of the noise this product makes when despensing water, others complained that they've have to return a purchase and had it replaced and are still not happy.
I loved the size and design so i concluded i will give it a go. But you know what? its one of the best purchases i ever made. This product is simply classis and my kids loves it to bits. The noise is not bad at all I will definately recommend this product to everyvery one.

Easy to use!I recently bought this Breville Hot Cup Water dispenser from Tescos because I wanted to try something that would be easy for me to use and save me having to constantly fill the kettle during the day and have to lift the kettle. This cup dispenser is ideal for anyone who has problems lifting like myself and wants an instant cup of tea or coffee, you only have to press the button on the top of the dispenser once it has been filled and then watch the hot water come out of the spout on the front, it gives the ideal measurement for the average drink and if your cup does slightly overflow it has a place to catch it under the cup. I would recommend this to anyone, I love it and wish I had bought one years ago !!

Great for single person - not family friendly!I bought this water dispenser and sold it less than a week later! I was disappointed really, I thought I would be able to dispense however much water I desired, my cups are different sizes and with a newborn baby to make bottles for I didn't want a set amount if water! I also do a lot of cooking if I want certain amount of water for this it would take forever. Even my large cups I had to pour water out to complete whatever drink I was making. It's also very noisy when boiling! Perhaps if I was a single person, living alone it would be perfect but for my needs and a family of 5, it just didn't do it for me!

Great for cuppas! This product is great for making a hot drink.... singular....love it for that purpose!. But if you wanted 3 or 4 cups if friends came round, you have to boil each cup individually! And if you wanted to fill a whole pot of tea..... well you have to boil it in the same way, one cup at a time. If you want to make a large jug of Bisto.... you also have to boil it one cup at a time! So in other words you need a kettle as well...... Mmmm maybe not such a good purchase.

Great ideaI bought this as my husband works from home and drinks coffee, whereas I drink tea so we always used to boil the kettle during the day often just to make one hot drink at a time. This is so much easier and more convenient. You literally fill it up, flick the switch and you have a cup of boiling water within 20 seconds. So handy. My husband also thinks it's one of the best kitchen gadgets we have. one down sides are you wouldn't be able to fill a tea pot, you would have to perhaps fill a cup or jug 3 or 4 times. Also, the electric cord is quite short but I haven't found that to be too much of an issue. Is easy to use, feels robust and also comes with a guarantee.

Dispenses too much waterThis was my second hot water dispenser. The water produced was hotter than my last which is quite old now. However it dispensed too much water for a normal mug. 300ml at a time and there is no stop button. So if you are using it for smaller amounts, you need dispense into a jug first or have something else on hand to collect the excess water. It also says it dispenses 5 mugs, but it is more like 3 you get out of a fill. The design is nice and the light, it's also not too noisy. If you have big mugs (or don't take milk), this is good value compared to the other similar products.
