Decent coffee but unreliable machineI bought my first one-touch from Currys in August 2022......it failed in Feb '23 when it wouldn't get past the startup phase. Every time it was nearing its setup it failed with all lights ont he display flashing. Currys were very good and exchanged it for a new one........which failed last week. This time it was unable to generate and forothed or warm milk. There was no blockage..... it just couldn't raise pressure. It would not run the cleaning cycle either.
I took it back and again Currys were very good - but this time I shelled out for a DeLonghi bean to cup model.........so far it's EXCELLENT and the coffee is MUCH better.

Milk not coming outI have had nothing but issue's with this machine since buying it, the coffee comes out no problem however when it’s time to put your frothy milk in..nope…machine tries and tries but the milk will not come up the tube. Cleaned it, reset it, you name it…waste of money

Superb CoffeeGreat looking machine that makes really tasty coffee. Easy to assemble, set up & prime ready to make delicious coffee’s.
Love having the choice of Espresso, Latte & Cappuccino & being able to select single or double shot presets, although i do feel the Cappuccino’s are on the small size. You do have the option to brew your coffee’s manually controlling the amount of milk & coffee shot which allows you to make them larger however this results in a weaker coffee & I like mine strong.
I do also have to note that I have struggled to find an appropriate cup for Latte’s as most are too tall to fit & others overflow.
That said it does produce the coffee’s quickly & they really do look appealing & taste amazing with a great froth. Everything is easy to clean & the machine looks stunning in my kitchen so its a win win & I am extremely happy with it.

Great coffee, not that quick to make.I love freshly made coffee. I had a beans to coffee machine before and compared to that one, Breville One Touch requires a bit more preparation to get to a nice hot cup/mug of the chosen drink- measuring out the coffee grounds and fitting the filter holder on the machine. It is quite stiff, not sure whether it will be smoother with time, I was worried I’d break it first. Love the choice of different types and sizes for coffee. Milk frother is great, makes excellent froth. It is quite noisy though. Overall, I love the machine. Drinks come out hot, the milk container can be stored in the fridge, easy cleaning function.

My Perfect Coffee MakerMy new coffee maker, Breville One-Touch CoffeeHouse II is the best coffee machine. It makes the perfect cafe style americano, cappuccino or espresso. I become the best barista thanks to my new Breville coffee machine. I can chose preprogramed coffee settings or I can chose my preferred way, size or even the amount and frothiness of the milk. I can try new coffees or enjoy my well known favourites in the comfort of my living room with my family and friends.

Milk frother not workused once a day for circa 500 days. Cleaned daily. Frother stopped working as milk does not reach top of straw- like the last reviewer. Coffee comes out OK

Great Machine but flawedI’ve been through two of these machines and sadly now had to give up and get something different. They look and work brilliantly, until they don’t.
The milk frother will fail, the first unit we had didn’t work from the start. The second unit the milk frother/pump failed after 4 months.
Now using the Breville Mini Barista which was the same price at the time of purchasing and seemingly a far better coffee machine/ simpler in it’s fail points.

Disappointing productLovely coffee- if you're lucky enough to get it out of this machine.
Milk frother stopped working after a few months and was offered a replacement by Currys, but before I returned it I made the mistake of trying it again and it suddenly worked.
Unfortunately it only worked until it went out of warranty (which is only one year). Different error this time, progress bar keeps loading until all the lights start flashing at the same time.
Breville customer service haven't bothered to reply to my email for a whole week, when I called them just to be told that they don't know how to help (!)
Finally had an email to offer me 20% of a new Breville product, what a joke! I wouldn't purchase one again even if I had to pay 20% of its price!
