Easy to use
I found the coffee maker to be very easy to use and it makes delicious coffee. I have had both hot and iced coffee from the machine and all it takes is completing 3 easy steps, fill the machine with water, add coffee and press the button and its as easy as that. If I want iced coffee I simply add the ice to my cup, press the over ice button and let the delicious coffee trickle over it. Easy to clean and I love the tumbler and straw. A very well made machine, sturdy and easy to clean. The scoop helps me to add the right amount of coffee each time and the machine has a removable filter too.

Love this!
I've been on the look out for a coffee machine that uses ground coffee instead of pods. The bonus with this one is that it makes iced coffee too!
It has a decent sized water tank and it comes with a measuring scoop to make the perfect coffee everytime! It's been a godsend this last week with all the hot weather we've been having. I add a couple of squirts of syrup and a good splash of milk to mine and it tastes amazing!
Used it for the first time to make a hot coffee yesterday (since the weather had cooled down) and it tastes just as good as the iced version.
As much as I love the colour, it would've been nice if there was a few other choices to match other kitchen appliances.
I love it either way!!

Great quick and easy
So happy I got this. Couldn't wait to try it out. The coffee machine is so easy to use, you simply just measure out your coffee with the scoop, add the amount of water you want and press a button. 30 seconds later it was done. I've got rid of my kettle because of this machine. You can even do a cup of tea or any hot drinks, just by using the water function. I've not tried to iced coffee as I'm not sure about it but will eventually try it.

Disappointed
Thanks to Tryit I was able to test this product. The product itself is easy to assemble and comes with clear instructions. However, I was a tad disappointed as I thought this machine would actually make a iced coffee which is not the case. It makes regular hot coffee using filtered coffee powder and then you fill the majority of the cup with ice cubes and release the hot coffee onto the ice. I have to say that I was a tad disappointed as expecting more from this product.

Fantastic machine!
Huge lover of iced coffee & this machine has made life a whole lot better & simpler! So easy to use! Takes about a minute for a perfect iced coffee! The machine uses granuals which to me is better & more cost effective than pods. I’ve been using granuals, as well as pre made sachet coffees. Not disappointed! So many different coffees to make with the different syrups etc. I was so excited to try my first one & I definitely wasn’t disappointed. The machine comes with its own tumbler, which clearly marks the amount of water for iced or regular hot coffees & the amount of ice needed to make a iced coffee! Comes with a secure lid & even a straw with the tumbler, make your coffee, add the lid & you're good to go! The filer where the coffee goes it easy to clean too! Comes in a lovely muted berry colour which compliments my kitchen perfectly. Even more tasty with a squirty cream top!

Fab addition to the kitchen
This is super easy to use. I love it that much I take it away in the caravan when we go because it’s small and light weight. This makes the perfect coffee Whether you like it hot or cold.
The simple measuring system means you can’t go wrong it makes a perfect not watery coffee every time. It comes with simple to follow instructions showing how to make ices or hot coffee.
It comes with a measuring scoop for both hot and cold coffee, a removable filter and a double insulated tumbler it’s also super easy to clean.

Brilliant product
I've used this machine several times now and I'm very pleased. Its simple to operate and to clean. It's lightweight and comes fully assembled and ready to use. It makes perfect iced and hot coffee everytime. It comes with a tall insulated tumbler with lid and straw. I give this a 5 star rating and highly recommend it.

Love this Breville iced and hot coffee maker.it is very easy to use .it does come with all the instructions and tell you the measurements of coffee and ice to use.as some of family members love ice coffee and I like hot coffee it is a absolute treat to own this machine.
