My new favourite kitchen gadgetLove love love this steam air fryer!! So versatile and can make so many dishes in minutes. It is quite big and takes up counter space but because it has a steamer feature and can be used in so many ways, I would say it’s definitely worth the space. There are simple buttons for cooking basic dishes but there is a bit of a learning curve for the more complex dishes. I found it’s easy enough to use when you follow recipes and there are plenty of resources on the internet to help so that’s not an issue. It’s stylish and snazzy and I’ve already made so many dishes and cuisines, from Indian to Mexican l, it’s so well rounded. I don’t know what I did before I had this!!

Love it!What an excellent Air Fryer from Breville! I fell in love with it. It looks so stylish and pretty, at the same time not bulky but compact and fits perfectly into a small space in our kitchen. It's not huge but it's perfect for our family of 4. I love the design, everything on it's place and very easy to understand how to use. Love the function of steam fry, it's perfect for vegetables. The air fryer makes the most delicious fries ever and very quickly. So easy to use, no mess at all. The chicken comes crispy and tasty, much better than from the oven. I think this air fryer is perfect and I love to cook in it very much. Excellent quality and performance from Breville. Extremely happy with this air fryer.

Best Steam AirfryerI have used many airfryers but this Breville Steam Airfryer has been the best one.Steamfry technology allows you to cook your food to perfection with crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside.Its really easy to use,my teenage boys make their own food.Theres few pre set functions but you can adjust to your own timing and temperature.Its a healthier way to cook as you use less oil and it also saves on energy too as its 50% more efficient than cooking in an oven.You can airfry,steam,roast and grill and its big enough to fit whole chicken.Highly recommend this airfryer.

Amazing productThis is the first air fryer i have used and now i use it everyday.
So simple to use, it has many pre settings or set the time and temperature yourself.
I have cooked most things with this and everything has come out way way better then using an oven, so much so that the oven is in retirement.
I have put in chips with sausages and it evenly cooks. I steamed fried a whole chicken and although the water tank needed refilling half way the result was a tasty chicken crispy on outside and juicy tender in middle.
I now follow groups on internet for those air fryer recipes and this has been amazing. I cant wait to do xmas dinner this year, as this Breville steam air fryer will make things so much easier and tasty 😋.

This is an amazing machine looks modern and sleek and it makes cooking a super easy task.
For my first use and did pork chops on steak program I was very impressed how quiet machine was even double checked if its working. I like the three beeps halfway, to turn over meat or shake your food.
Steaming Fish and veg is a sinch. If you like your food to be crispy on the outside and moist and nutrient rich on the inside, a steam fryer may be the right choice for you.
Steam cleaning program its fantastic, makes cleaning so much easier especially if you don't have a dishwasher.
Downsides with the device is the sensor controls. They require a firmer touch, and a decent guide would be helpful

Best appliance in my kitchenThe Breville steam air fryer amazed me. It was so easy and straight forward to start using it, it has the instruction manual as well. I use it few times a day since i have 3 children and i need to cook a lot and this makes it much much easier.It has a lot of options like air fry, grill, steam fry, roast, reheat, steam, and it has the option to steam clean as well. Cooking time is so much faster than the oven, half way cooking it makes three beep sound to turn or shake your food. I loved how my house didn't smell at all when cooking in air fryer, the food is so crispy in outside and soft and juicy inside, especially the steam fry option, it is so healthy and makes your cooking delicious.Cleaning is so easy. The design is so sleek and beautiful and i can definitely say that is the best thing i have in my kitchen.

AmazingA great size air fryer! The 7 litre draw is a great size and fits a whole 2.2kg chicken. The steam fry function cooked it to perfection with a crisp skin but so moist . The steam clean function is also a brilliant addition making cleaning a piece of cake !! I used the roast option for pro and it was so juicy with fantastic crackling!! Definitely will not be going back to the traditional oven .the only negative would be that the instructions booklet wasn’t very informative on the different functions and would have liked it to have more recipes.

Elevating Kitchen AdventuresAs an avid home cook with a penchant for high-quality appliances, I was thrilled to try out the air fryer from Breville/Sage. After all, the majority of my kitchen gadgets hail from Sage, with the exception of my oven and hob.
Size and Design
One reason I hesitated before jumping on the air fryer bandwagon was the size. This particular model measures 40cm in height and 45cm in depth, which can be a space concern for some. While it might appear that you only need about 30cm of storage space, keep in mind that the unit features a protruding handle at the front and a rigid cord at the back, requiring additional room.
Portability
The documentation claims it weighs around 9kg, but I found it lighter than expected. Portability is crucial for an appliance like this, as it's not a permanent fixture on my countertop like a microwave. Fortunately, the large front handle makes it easy to pull the air fryer in and out of storage.
Operation
Using the appliance is fairly straightforward. Depending on the selected program, you may need to give the food a shake, signaled by three audible beeps—a consistent feature across Sage products. Once the cooking cycle concludes, the device emits another three beeps and promptly switches off. While operational, it produces a steady hum akin to a fan-assisted oven.
Cooking Experience
For my inaugural run, I chose to air fry thick-cut Waitrose fries. The packaging recommended a cooking temperature of 200°C for 18 minutes, but I opted for 180°C and 15 minutes, per the air fryer's manual. The results were impressive. Next, I tried cooking aubergine wedges; three aubergines fit comfortably, though I suspect four would be pushing it.
Additional Features
This air fryer doubles as a steam fryer. While I don't generally steam cook, I was impressed by the steam cleaning function. Filling a water tank and activating this feature makes for effortless cleaning in just 15 minutes. However, the manual could offer clearer instructions on how to fill the tank, as it involves unscrewing a valve at the bottom.
Downsides
My only gripe with the device is the sensor controls. They require a firmer touch than I'd prefer for a responsive input.
Overall, this Breville/Sage air fryer has significantly upgraded my kitchen adventures, especially when it comes to fries and vegetables. Highly recommended for those who, like me, demand more from their kitchen appliances.
