Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good but not functional I bought this toaster as it matched the kettle I wanted. I also hoped that the two slots on the left could be for gluten free bread and the two slots on the right for standard breads, to prevent being glutened. However, the toaster looks good, but you can only toast items on the left if you are toasting something on the right!! Ridiculous. Not only that, gluten free bread and standard pitta breads don't fit in the slots. I regret ignoring someones previous reviews. The toaster is oversized in design taking up far to much worktop, with slots too small to toast anything than cheap white sliced. I am missing my old small 2 slice toaster which I hastily got rid of.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks good and does a decent job I bought this toaster with the matching kettle in grey and rose gold. My biggest complaint is that although they look great, it has a very plastic'ey feel. Also, the toaster seems to have a ton of extra space around the toasting mechanism, making it take up a lot more counter space than necessary. It provides a very even toasting job, which is great. The toasting level is quite sensitive, but as is the case with almost all toasters. I did find it strange that although it is a four slice toaster, you can only use the left most set of slots if the right two are already in use. Makes me worry that the toaster will fail sooner than if I could use both sides.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Toaster I bought this toaster and kettle to match -last year and started to use them Christmas 2019 -I misplaced my receipt for them. Last week the toaster latch will not stay down and unable to use the left side because it will not work because the right side not working. [Crazy] anyway, I contacted the company about fault and provided they with details [photo of label underneath the toaster.] I received email stating toaster was manufacturer 2016 so warranty was not covered but I only bought it last year. So is Curry's selling out of date items that warranty doesn't cover So, before buying this item please check the manufacture year. I don't understand this problem- can anyone suggest what to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The slots are to small This toaster has slots that are smaller then an average slice of bread. Find this strange seeing the whole point of a toaster is to fit bread? How can people get this wrong? People must Pay these design people so much money for what they do and they can't even make it the size of a slice of bread...you gotta laugh! Blows my mind!! lol

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stylish plastic My wife bought this toaster to 'match' our kitchen. As soon as i took it out the box i noticed how plastic the whole thing looks. When using it for the first time, you can feel how cheap and plastic it feels. Compared to my other toaster which was solid and we used for 13 years before we sold it on, i don't think this will stand the same test of time. The inability to use the left side on it's own is a baffling design flaw in my opinion. I only just discovered this after reading reviews, i was about to take it back as i thought it was broke. The only plus side so far is that it toasts fairly quickly. But seriously, if i never had the cheap plastic matching kettle, i would be taking this back!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Farcical functionality This toaster is the most poorly design toaster I have ever used. The left 2 slots for toast drive the toaster, and you can't use the right 2 slots independently. Therefore, Put 2 pieces of toast in left side, 1 minute later put 2 pieces of toast in the right. Both pieces pop up at the same time, and then you have to transfer the two pieces in the right, over to the left to finish toasting it, whilst hovering over the toaster to make sure it doesn't burn as it has already been cooking for a minute on the right side. The toaster is so flimsey that when you pull down the leaver the thing tips forward. Off to buy a newer toaster, and it won't ever be a Breville again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful products!! Bought this orginally because I knew it would. our perfect in my new kitchen. When I come to buy them (had seen them elsewhere) I shopped about for a price as they were nearly £80 each at Currys. Thought I'd look on theit website itself and found them not to only have 20% if bought as a set but them 25% off if I signed up to their email list. So got both the price of one in another shop! When they arrived I was absolutly delighted! They are absolutly beautiful to look at and so easy to clean (plastic)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I find the toaster very frustrating! In most ways this is a great toaster, but the fact that you can't use the left slots unless you have toast in the right slots is extremely frustrating! I like to start a second pair of slices when the first set are half toasted, and this would be ok, except that when the right slots pop up, so do the left as they connot be on independently! A big drawback for me.
