Modern and Sleek
I love this kettle. It is SO quiet and has really low steam production, perfect for me as it's situated underneath wall mounted cupboards. The Brushed Chrome design is sleek and modern, so it would be an attractive addition to many kitchens. It's really easy to fill as the spout is quite wide, so you don't have to open the lid and the water window makes it easy to see how much you need each time. I'd never have a kettle that doesn't have a 360 base, which this one does, it's just more convenient. The filter is easy to remove, clean and replace. I'd definitely recommended it, particularly is you have a compact kitchen - this is ideal.

Do not waste your money!
The reason this kettle is low steam is because it doesn’t boil. The water is luke warm at best, once it “boils”. Complete waste of money. I purchased this with the matching toaster and it is useless. I have to press the button down a thousand times to get it to boil to a reasonable temperature to make a cup of tea. Please do not buy this! Buy something much cheaper that actually boils water.

Great kettle
I’m really impressed with this kettle. It is high quality, it looks great, and it does what it says! It really is low steam, in fact I don’t notice any steam at all. It’s easy to use - to fill, switch on and off, and pour with. There’s a light to show you that it’s on which goes off once it has fully boiled. This is also a really quiet kettle - you barely hear it, so if it wasn’t for the light you wouldn’t know it was on. Great kettle.

Love this kettle!
I looked at loads of kettles before choosing this one and bought this on the basis that it was a quick boil, low noise and liked the idea of no steam as it sits on the worktop underneath a cupboard. I was a bit sceptical about the no steam feature but it really works! If you pour the kettle as soon as it boils you do get a little bit of steam coming out but nothing like a normal kettle. Our old kettle used to make condensation drip from the bottom of the cupboard and also steam up the window - with this one, there's nothing!. We have an open plan kitchen with tv room so the noise of our old kettle whilst watching tv was always a pain but this is no longer a problem. It also boils in about half of the time too. It feels good quality and seems more stable too. Very pleased!

Breville Edge Low Steam Kettle looks very stylish and easily completes every kitchen. It is very quiet and boiles water very quickly. It has good capacity at 1.7L and it being low steam means less condensation. Really love it and definitely recommend.

Great Features!!
Firstly i can't get over how quiet this kettle actually is and not only that it does exactly what it says and produces little to none steam which is exactly what i wanted as my kettle sits under my units and normally i get condensation but since using this one i no longer have this problem also the stainless steel design is really classy and sets my kitchen off lovely!! Amazed!!

Steamless.....
This is a cracking kettle, and when it says steamless it really is (almost).
You can literally put your hand above the kettle for the whole boil though I imagine that the manufacturers wouldn't recommend doing so.
It's fairly quick to boil also definately a little faster than my last kettle, and it looks awesome too, nice and clean steel with the clear level indicator that lights up a soft white colour.
It does have a few downsides that I'm not keen on like the lid lifts off completely rather than just flipping up.
The on off switch clicks so quietly that unless you are watching it you don't know that it's finished boiling and the steel design heats up a lot and holds onto the heat so you could easily burn yourself on the kettle itself.
Apart from these things that niggled at me a little, this is an all round excellent product that does exactly what it's supposed to and looks excellent whilst doing so.
You won't go wrong buying this.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and I’m impressed so far. It looks really good in stainless steel and stylish. It’s quick to boil with practically no steam (great for me as it sits underneath a cupboard) it really is unlike other kettles I’ve used and holds a decent amount of water. I would definitely recommend.
