Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good bottle but poor cap Overall the blendactive is good product, let down by a poorly designed bottle cap, which could have been made far better by using a more resilient material. The clasp broke on both bottles supplied within two weeks of use. Come on Breville you can do better here! Whilst ist not a massive issue if your only using at home, will be totally useless on the go. I've selected not to recommend to a friend based on the performance of the bottle cap, however the blendactive is overall good, just let down by attention to detail in a small area.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great blender but lids are rubbish - don't buy It's a very good blender, but the catch on the bottle lids are so flimsy, both have now broken after less than 6 months (we use them 3-4 times a week). I've tried to find replacement lids but it seems impossible. Likewise I can't find any genuine replacement bottles (everything out there gets mixed reviews suggesting they might not fit). It would actually be cheaper to buy an whole new blender with 2 new bottles rather than try and find replacement parts. I could forgive the flimsy lids if parts were easy and cheap to come buy, but unfortunately this product is poorly designed disposable junk.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very poor lid I love my blend action but am very disappointed as the clasps on the lids have snapped off. Still OK to use at home but now no good for taking to work with me. Come on breville it's time to start selling better designed lids

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good idea but poor execution.. useless lids Bought this in February and lids broke after 2 use. So i am left with normal blender as the idea of not transferring smoothies into another cup was quite a catch for me. I complained and raised issue with customer service, got reply in march that i will be send replacement but here i am its july n no replacement received . Worst u cannot find bottles easily too . So not happy with purchase at all. If u already have blender dnt go for this as the lid will eventually break and u will have to transfer product to some other container anyway.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lid is poor design Plastic clip that holds lid shut is useless. Both mine broke within days of each other and have only had a month. Prior to breaking I trusted it to be left in a bag. Without the clip there is no way to hold lid down. Apart from that lid is easy to clean and works well. Bottle is tricky to clean at the base due to moulding design.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from OK product, poor design Loved it at first but less than two months in and....as seems to be a common problem...both bottle lids have broken. This is a big issue for me as I bought it especially to take smoothies to work for breakfast. So it has made it fairly unuseable. Also, really the blender itself seems to be going a bit dodgy now. It doesn't lock in to place any more as it used to. This is only 2 months of use, so I would not recommend buying this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good bottle The bottle is a good size but the lid hinge is a weak spot and broke within the first week of my blender purchase. The blender itself is brilliant, robust and easily stored.
