Chorizo Hash Frittata
Perfect Breakfast taste sensation, delicious served drizzled with hot sauce.

Ingredients
3 frozen hash browns
Oil for brushing
2-3 chives chopped
2 large eggs
Seasoning
4 thin slices of chorizo, torn
1 spring onion, cut into thin rings
Hot sauce to serve

Method
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster. Brush both top and bottom plates with a little oil Add the frozen hash browns and close the lid, cook for 8 minutes, turning half way through cooking. These don’t need to be brown and crispy. Remove from the snack maker and once cool enough to handle crumble into flakes. Beat both eggs and seasoning in a small bowl, add the chopped chives and the crumbled hash brown, mix to combine. Brush the bottom plate with a little oil. Add half of the torn choritzo and half of the spring onions to the hot plate and allow to sizzle and cook for approx 30 seconds. Pour in half of the egg mixture and close the lid, cook for approx 90 seconds Flip once set enough to handle and cook for 30 seconds more. Remove and repeat with the second batch of ingredients. Delicious served drizzled with hot sauce.
