Cinnamon Eggy Bread

Serves 2

Delicious served with some fruit compote and a dollop of Greek yogurt or simply a sprinkle of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of white bread

  • 1 medium egg

  • 50ml of milk

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Oil for brushing

  • 1 tsp butter


To serve (optional) – sprinkle of sugar, fruit compote & Greek yogurt


Method

Preheat your Solo SnackMaster.
In a small bowl, beat the egg, add in the milk, sugar and cinnamon
Place the bread slice onto a dinner plate and pour over the egg mixture.
Brush the plates with a little oil.
Add the butter to the SnackMaster, using a spatula pick up the bread slice and place this into the melted butter.
Allow to cook for a couple of minutes before flipping over and cooking until brown.
Delicious served with some fruit compote and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
Repeat with the remaining bread slice.
