The Cheese and Tomato Classic
Serves 1
Mushrooms done right with a creamy garlic sauce - a perfect quick breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients
1 slice of ciabatta
1 small clove of garlic, cut in half
Olive oil
75g mushrooms, sliced
1tsp butter
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp soft cheese with garlic and herbs

Method
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster Place your sliced ciabatta onto the hot plate, close the lid and toast for 2 minutes. If you like a crispier bread, turn over and toast for a further 2 minutes. Remove and once cool enough to handle rub half a garlic clove over both sides of the bread and drizzle with a little olive oil. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and the butter to the bottom plate of the snackmaster and add the mushrooms, close the lid and allow these to soften and cook, stirring occasionally with a silicone spoon. Chop or crush the remaining garlic and stir these into the mushrooms with the soft cheese. Spoon out onto your ciabatta and serve warm.
