Eggy Bread
Serves 2
Delicious served with some crispy bacon and a dollop of chilli jam.
Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
1 medium egg
50ml of milk
Salt and pepper
Oil for brushing
1 tsp butter
To serve (optional) – crispy bacon & chilli jam

Method
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster. In a small bowl, beat the egg, add in the milk and the salt and pepper. Place the bread slice onto a dinner plate and pour over the egg mixture. Brush the plates with a little oil. Add the butter to the snack maker, using a spatula pick up the bread slice and place this into the melted butter. Allow to cook for 4 minutes before flipping over and cooking for a further 2 minutes. Delicious served with some crispy bacon and a dollop of chilli jam.
