Fried Halloumi

Serves 1

The combination of salty feta, sweet honey, and tangy sourdough creates a delicious and versatile snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Halloumi

  • Oil for brushing



Method

Preheat your Solo SnackMaster.
Brush the plates with a little oil.
Add the halloumi slices and close the lid.
Once the liquid begins to dry from the halloumi, open the lid and brush with a little oil.
Turn over and continue cooking for a further minute until golden.


Delicious served drizzled with hot honey or as a topping on flatbreads with tzatziki, olives and some pickled red onions.
