Multigrain Avocado Toast

Ingredients

2 slices of multigrain bread

Light soft cheese

1/2 ripe avocado

2 thick slices of cooked turkey

Thinly sliced red onion

Freshly ground black pepper.

Low fat spread

Method
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster. Butter the bread on 1 side only, this will be the outside of your toastie. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading each slice of bread with a little soft cheese, top with the remaining ingredients and toast for 6-7 mins, until crispy.
