Multigrain Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread

  • Light soft cheese

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 2 thick slices of cooked turkey

  • Thinly sliced red onion

  • Freshly ground black pepper.

  • Low fat spread


Multigrain Avocado Toast


Method

Preheat your Solo SnackMaster.
Butter the bread on 1 side only, this will be the outside of your toastie.
Assemble the sandwiches by spreading each slice of bread with a little soft cheese, top with the remaining ingredients and toast for 6-7 mins, until crispy.
