Mushroom Omelette

A perfect protein-packed meal that you can rustle up in no time.

Ingredients

  • 50g mushrooms, wiped and sliced

  • Olive oil

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped chives



Method

Preheat your Solo SnackMaster.

Add approx 1 tsp olive oil to the bottom plate of your Snackmaster and brush a little onto the top plate.

Add the sliced mushrooms and close the lid. Cook for 1 minute, open the lid and stir.

Add in a little salt and pepper, close the lid and cook again for approx 1 minute until cooked.

Open the lid and pour in the beaten egg, sprinkle over the chives, close the lid and cook for approx 1-2 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
