The Swiss Smokey

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of medium sliced white bread

  • Softened butter

  • 40g Emmental cheese, sliced

  • 2 slices of cooked crispy smoked streaky bacon

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • Freshly ground black pepper



Method

Preheat your Solo Snackmaster.
Butter both slices of the bread on 1 side only.
Turn this over so that the butter is on the outside of the bread.
Assemble your sandwich, adding the cheese, crispy bacon slices, topped with the avocado and a touch of ground black pepper. Add the remaining bread slice, buttered side to the outside and cook until crisp for approx 4-5 mins.
