Brioche Con Gelato
Makes 1
Ingredients
1 brioche bun, sliced in half horizontally
1 full scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream
2-3 tbsp Golden caster sugar (optional)

Method
Scoop your vanilla ice cream from your tub and place this on a piece of baking paper or in a small bowl. Place this back into your freezer until it is completely firm and solidly frozen.
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster
Place your frozen ice cream ball onto 1 half of your brioche bun.
Top with the other brioche half and press down a little to slightly flatten.
Place onto your hot snack maker and close the lid.
Cook for approx 1.5 to 2 minutes until the bun is toasted.
Place the sugar into a bowl and add the hot sandwich to coat all over (similar to a doughnut).
Cut in half, wrap in paper and eat immediately.
