Chocolate Chip Sponge
Dust with a little icing sugar and eat on the go. Alternatively, you can top with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce for a quick dessert.

For this recipe you will need to use the baking parchment paper referenced in your instruction book.
You will need 2 small sheets of baking parchment paper 11cm x 11cm.
Ingredients

50g softened butter

50g castor sugar

1 large egg

35g self raising flour

15g cocoa powder

1 tbsp white chocolate chips

1 tbsp milk chocolate chips

Splash of milk

Method
Place all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips into a mini chopper, or a bowl with a hand mixer and whizz to a cake batter. Stir in the chocolate chips. Heat up the Solo SnackMaster. Place a piece of the parchment paper over the bottom plate. Spoon in the cake mixture, spreading this out to all 4 corners, cover with the remaining parchment paper, then close the lid. Allow to cook for 6-7 minutes, before carefully removing. Dust with a little icing sugar and eat on the go. Alternatively, you can top with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce for a quick dessert.
