BBQ Chicken Toasted Mini Wrap
Serves 1
Best served with a pot of extra BBQ for dipping.
Ingredients
2 mini wraps
Oil for brushing
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
100g cooked shredded chicken
50g grated mozzarella
To serve – extra BBQ sauce

Method
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster. Assemble your wrap, spread the 1 tbsp BBQ sauce across the base of your wrap and top with half the chicken and the cheese. Fold into a triangular parcel and brush sparingly with a little oil. Add to the snack maker and close the lid. Cook for approx 3 minutes before turning over and cooking for a further 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining wrap and ingredients. Serve with a pot of extra BBQ for dipping.
