Bombay Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 Persian rectangular style flat bread, halved

  • 1 x 400g can of Bombay potatoes

  • 2 heaped tsp of lime pickle



Method

Preheat your Solo SnackMaster
Brush both top and bottom plates with a little oil.
Assemble the flatbread by cutting each half in 2 (you should have 4 pieces)
Place a piece of the flatbread onto the hot bottom plate and spoon over half of the Bombay potatoes. Top with 1 tsp of lime pickle before adding the top piece of flabread.
Close the lid to enclose the sandwich and toast for 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden.
Remove and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
