Frittatta

Serves 1

Enjoy this tasty vegetable Frittata served hot with salad or a jacket potato.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium egg

  • Pinch sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped vegetables of your choice ( peppers, spring onions, fresh herbs, cooked potato, chives, peas)

  • A pinch of fresh tarragon or herbs of your choice

  • Melted butter or oil.


Method

Preheat your Solo SnackMaster.
Beat together the egg, seasoning and cooked vegetables.
Carefully pour this onto the bottom plate.
Close the lid and cook for approx 2 minutes.

Serve hot with salad or a jacket potato
