It's the perfect combination of sweet and tangy!
Ideally marinate your salmon 30 minutes before cooking.
Ingredients
1 salmon fillet, skinless and boneless 100g-150g
2 tbsp teriyaki marinade
Oil for brushing
Delicious served with a sachet of flavoured cooked rice and touch of soy sauce.

Method
Place the salmon into a small bowl or plate and pour over the marinade. Set aside. Preheat your Solo SnackMaster. Brush the plates with a little oil. Add the marinated salmon, do not close the lid, but allow the fish to sear on one side for approx 5-6 minutes. After this time, close the lid and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
