The Cheesy Chee
Cornbread is a nice alternative bread to use on this recipe, however white bread works really well too.
Makes 2
Ingredients
4 slices of sliced white bread
Spreadable butter
80g mature Cheddar cheese sliced
2 heaped tbsp kimchee
Basil leaves
Sesame seeds

Method
Preheat your Solo SnackMaster.
Butter all 4 slices of the bread on 1 side only.
Turn this over so that the butter is on the outside of the bread and build your sandwiches, adding the sliced cheddar, kimchee and a couple of pieces of torn basil.
Add the remaining bread slice, buttered side to the outside.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place 1 of the sandwiches into the hot snackmaker and close the lid, cook for approx 4-5 minutes until golden and piping hot inside.
Assemble the remaining sandwich and repeat the cooking process.
