Change the name and you’re 5* all around!Never will this fit 3 slices but you know what it does? Cooks pancakes perfectly without burning them! Cooks halloumi in seconds, cooks bubble and squeak better than any pan. I put all the ingredients for wraps directly on to this to cook them and then load up the wrap, roll it and toast it. I made chicken shwarama on it last night. This morning I put mushroom and onions, layered beans on those then eggs on those then put the wrap directly on top, flipped it over, added cheese, rolled and toasted it! This is so versatile! I wouldn’t be without it! I cook A LOT and I’d say it’s my fav appliance. Air fryer and instant pot come close 2nd and 3rd.

Disappointing - misleading to say it's 3 sliceThe description says it takes "3 slices" and "3 paninis". I'd love to know what make of loaf Breville used when making that claim! I agree that it's wide enough for 3 paninis but not deep enough unless they are very small ones. The bread in the photo I've uploaded is from a standard Morrisons loaf. You can see that the press just about accommodates 2 slices.

Makes great toasties but one flawSuper quick lovely toasted sandwich maker but with one design flaw. Can store upright using the lid lock - however, the lid lock is upside down and undoes itself so that extreme care has to be taken that the machine does not crash open when you pick it up.

More than a sandwich makerWouldn’t be without this. I use it as a hot plate. Salmon, steak, sausages, burgers, bacon, even eggs cook perfectly. No fat needed, easy to clean. I don’t store this as it is used almost daily.

Poor Quality Sandwich MakerThe reviews on this product I disagree with,The product is cheaply made looks good in the photos and on the box your be disappointed when you open it. The shape distorts when you use it so it does not sit flat. cheap and nasty locking system don't trust it. There are no height settings on the lid to adjust to the thickness of the sandwich so everything you put in comes out looking like its been sat on. Look for a better quality one.

Replacing my old Breville Sandwich Maker...This replacement unit works extremely well, as I expected, and is very easy to clean.
My only issue is that, unlike my old unit, it doesn't stand/store vertically which is not a deal breaker but a slight disappointment in that it takes up valuable shelf space...!

FANTASTIC SUPPER IN MINUTES. NO MESS. LOW ENERGYI didn’t know what to expect with this. It’s the only sandwich maker I could find which doesn’t annoyingly cut toasties into silly little triangles.
I am thrilled with it. It does two large toasties to perfection. They fit in perfectly. Best of all, it cooks supper with no frying pan and no splatters on the hob.
Tonight, I rubbed a bit of Olivio onto both surfaces. Laid two rashers of smoked bacon and 5 asparagus spears on the bottom surface, closed the lid, THEN turned it on. After six minutes, I removed the bacon and veg. added two tomato halves and an egg. Two minutes later, they were done. Brilliant and cheap, and only the two hot plates to wipe down.
I’ve also crisped leftover cooked, potato and carrot slices on it with a raw salmon fillet. I did heat it up first for that.

Excellent product, just a little too smallWorks quickly and well, only downside I would not class this as a 3 slice, I have the smaller version already and this was a gift for my daughter and there is not much difference in size which was a little disappointing
